Tempo Holidays takes India bookings before brochure
Tempo Holidays has been taking bookings for its yet-to-be published India & Sri Lanka program.
National Sales Manager, Mark Johnston said in some cases provisional bookings had been placed before pricing had been finalised.
“Anticipation is very high because there is demand from discerning independent travellers for our style of product in India,” he said. “The word had got out and we made our first India booking before we announced India was being added to our 40-country network.”
“From this early interest we are expecting products like our 12-days private car tour in Rajasthan, 8-days independent tour of Kochi and Backwaters Cruise and the Palace on Wheels special train tours will sell particularly well.”
Tempo confirms it will release its program in late June for the season commencing October 1.
Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Qantas and Sri Lankan Airways are airline partners featured in the program.
