The Shard on show at WTM
Visitors to World Travel Market (WTM) in London from November 5-8 will have the chance of a sneak peek at The Shard, Western Europe’s tallest building which opens February 1 next year.
A programme of briefings for media and travel trade will take place on "The View from The Shard" stand throughout WTM.
"The View from The Shard" provides spectacular 40 mile, 360-degree views of London. It is almost twice as high as any other viewing point in the capital
The briefings will include high-tech, interactive digital ‘Tell:scopes’ that will be installed providing access to alternative day and night views of the city, and information about surrounding landmarks.
A Shangri La hotel will operate in The Shard, probably from 2014.
