Thomas Cook exec joins ABTA board
ABTA has announced the appointment of Thomas Cook’s Craig Stoehr to its board.
Before joining Thomas Cook as chief corporate officer & general counsel, Stoehr was a corporate partner of Latham and Watkins LLP, an international law firm.
ABTA chief executive, Mark Tanzer, said "The ABTA directors are delighted to welcome Craig to the Board. His experience of the operational and strategic management of a large vertically integrated airline, tour operator and travel agent will be very relevant to Board discussions, as will his legal and strategy expertise in international jurisdictions.
"As the officer of Thomas Cook with primary responsibility for Government Affairs, Craig will be a great asset in helping to formulate and promote ABTA’s policy agenda."
