Thomson taps into ski market from Coventry
Thomson is planning to tap into the lucrative ski market from the Midlands by announcing it will offer a bus service to link its flights from Coventry to Lyon with the premier ski areas of the French Alps. The new bus service is exclusive to thomsonfly.com customers and will link the Midlands with Moutiers, Aime, St Maurice, Val d’Isere and Tignes. Flights to Lyon from Coventry start on December 12 with prices from £17.99 one way, including taxes and charges. Flights operate five days a week. The bus transfers cost from £19 per person for single and £33 return, varying by drop off point. Thomsonfly.com also serves ski destinations with flights to Salzburg (Austrian Alps), Venice (The Dolomites) and Malaga (Sierra Nevadas).
