Three key appointments for The Hotel Collection
The Hotel Collection has announced three key executive appointments.
Peter Manby, who was previously revenue director at Travelodge, has been appointed operations director, responsible for strengthening customer service and operating performance.
Before working at Travelodge he held senior operations roles at Mint Hotels, Marriott, Hilton Worldwide and the De Vere Group.
Meanwhile, The Hotel Collection has appointed Andrea McKay as marketing director.
She previously spent 10 years in senior marketing roles with Hilton Hotels and has sat on the committee for the Hotel Marketing Association during that time.
Helen Smith has become human resources director, joining from Menzies Hotels where she held a similar role.
