The TMS Academy has partnered with the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International Australian chapter to stage a Revenue Management Concepts workshop in Sydney from February 24-25.

The intensive two-day workshop is intended to provide participants with a deeper understanding of systems, pricing and distribution channels and also how to create a sustainable revenue culture within their business model.

The course is also intended to provide individuals with an appreciation of modern and effective management methodologies.

Participants will also learn to identify and, as a result, develop opportunities for revenue optimisation in different business contexts including sales and marketing.

The workshops are aimed at general managers, revenue managers, yield managers, financial controllers, business developers, accounting managers and senior sales management.

Venue for the two-day workshop will be the Fraser Suites Sydney in Kent Street.
