TNSW responds to NSW National Tourism Awards results
TravelMole subscribers will recall that earlier this week, we ran an article expressing a point of view and opinion by a TravelMole contributor regarding the less than stellar performance of New South Wales in the National Tourism Awards on the Gold Coast last week.
This included some commentary on on the state of the industry in New South Wales and the relevance of Tourism New South Wales to the industry in New South Wales and in particular regional NSW.
Well, the good news is that this article stimulated a very strong response from Tourism New South Wales and in particular from its Executive Director and General Manager, John O’Neill.
As a result, TravelMole met with John O’Neill yesterday and conducted an extensive, in depth interview with him that will be published early next week.
So watch out for this exciting, revealing and highly industry relevant response by John O’Neill on TravelMole next week!
Watch out also for upcoming interviews with
- Gai Tyrrell- Jetset Travelworld,
- Lorraine Sharp – Insight Vacations
- Michael Reed – Air New Zealand.
