Tourico Holidays reports surge in Latin American sales

Thursday, 20 Nov, 2015 0
Florida based wholesale travel distributor Tourico Holidays says sales of its Latin American inventory has surged by 70% so far this year.

To support the unprecedented growth, Tourico is expanding its regional team and will conduct additional workshops for travel suppliers throughout the region.

The company will add a further 15 people to its established offices in Cancun, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo, Brazil by early next year with a target to grow sales revenue by another 80% in 2016.

"Over the past year, we’ve seen where additional support for our travel supplier partners throughout the Latin American region can significantly boost sales and increase opportunities for revenue growth," said Matias Elisavetsky, vice president of sales and product for Latin America.

"By dedicating even more personnel and introducing unique programs to the region, we can help our partners generate even greater visibility among travelers worldwide and reach unprecedented levels of success."

Tourico will again host partner workshops in Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires beginning next March following successful road shows recently in Sao Paulo, Bogota, Rio de Janeiro, Natal, and Mexico City.
