Tourism Malaysia, Vietnam Airlines team up to boost tourism
Tourism Malaysia and Vietnam Airlines have inked a partnership to boost tourism flows.
A MOU was signed at Vietnam Airlines’ headquarters in Hanoi, attending by officials such as Malaysia’s minister of tourism, arts, and culture.
It aims at cementing bilateral tourism ties and boosting tourist arrivals from Vietnam.
Tourism minister Tiong said: “This is a strategic step forward in strengthening connectivity. The growing air network not only supports tourism growth but also enhances people-to-people ties, economic cooperation, and cultural exchange.”
Both will join forces in collaboration for travel promotions in both countries
Over the coming months, Vietnam Airlines and Tourism Malaysia will roll out various joint initiatives, like co-branded marketing campaigns, media and trade Fam trips, and special event collaborations.
Vietnam Airlines will be showcased as the preferred carrier for trips to Malaysia for Vietnamese travellers.
