Training pack initiative for ABTA Convention delegates
Delegates at this year’s Travel Convention will receive a training pack outlining the salient points from the business sessions.
Being put together by trainers from Carter and Carter Travel and Tourism, the packs are designed to be shared with colleagues who were unable to make it to Tenerife.
Mark Tanzer, ABTA chief executive said: “We are doing everything we can to make our industry more professional, and by attending the Convention, delegates can increase their professional development and add points to their ‘Accredited Travel Professional’ status.
“With each business session relevant to sustaining and growing business, the Convention can provide a real benefit, both to delegates’ bottom line and to their knowledge and development of their careers.”
