Travel insurance aggregator site offered to trade
A new travel insurance aggregator site called whichpolicy.co.uk is being offered to the trade as a white label solution.
The site from Drakefield Insurance Services claims to offer flexible cover and price comparison facilities, both online and through call centre support.
Brands on the site include AA, Go Travel Insurance, Admiral, Elephant, 1Stop Travel Insurance, Only and etravelinsurance.co.uk.
A whichpolicy.co.uk TV campaign starts today (14th January) in support of the launch.
Whichpolicy.co.uk is selecting brands based on consumer-focussed criteria which will allow for transparency of product and prices.
Drakefield chief executive Christian Young said: “Through whichpolicy.co.uk’s technology, Drakefield can offer other major brands, travel industry and financial services groups an ability to have their own white label comparison website.
“Drakefield’s full management white label solution delivery comes complete with software technology, loaded with insurers.
“The site will be managed by Drakefield, compliant with the Financial Services Authority, along with a complete managed solution and can include any brands trade partners may wish.”
Andy Taylor, the company’s underwriting director added: “We think that this tool could work well for a wide range of companies looking to offer travel insurance with no hassle or regulatory worries. It could be a financial services company, a travel organisation or a broker for example.”
Whichpolicy.co.uk’s XML deep linking IT solution means that any white label site would be easy to run either integrated with their existing businesses or as a stand alone site.
