Travel Village Group taps TProfile for new river cruising website
The Travel Village Group has extended its partnership with TProfile as it focuses on increasing revenues
It includes all business channels, including river cruises through its brand RiverCruising.co.uk.
TProfile, which provides advanced Customer Experience Applications and CRM technology, will deliver a completely personalised experience for cruise customers.
The TProfile team has also delivered a new website that is fully integrated with CRM tech and offers search facilities including, maps, pricing, and availability for its cruise partners globally.
The Travel Village team will be able to manage the full customer journey using a fully automated service.
The deployment will allow future access to the customer portal and the TProfile App.
John Warr, Managing Director of The Travel Village Group said: “We are very excited to launch our new river cruising website. This will help us build on an already successful part of the Travel Village Group.”
According to a recent report from CLIA passenger volumes next year are expected to exceed 2019 levels.
“Cruise tourism is increasing and RiverCruising is now well positioned to meet this new demand,” said Bhav Taylor, Head of Sales for TProfile.
