Travelodge seeks hundreds of workers for summer

Budget hotel chain Travelodge is on a major recruitment drive.

It is looking to fill 680 positions across the country in readiness for the summer season for its 582 hotels.

Recruitment includes 637 full and part time positions across the company’s UK Travelodge hotels.

Positions include management roles for Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager positions, as well as housekeeping team members and receptionists.

In addition, the company is aiming to fill postions at its head office in Thame, Oxfordshire which includes positions in: Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, PR, Property, Revenue, Sales and UK Operations.

Craig Bonnar, Travelodge Chief Executive said: "We are gearing up for a busy summer staycation season this year, and we need to fill permanent positions immediately. We are looking for individuals who have passion, determination and a desire to deliver excellent customer service"
