Travelport CIO joins Open Destinations
Naveed Younus, former vice president and chief information officer for international markets at Travelport, has joined Open Destinations.
He has taken on the role of chief technology officer and product director for the travel software and services provider.
At Open Destinations he will be responsible for expanding its product suite offering software and outsourcing services worldwide.
Younus previously held director level roles with The Travel Corporation and with TV Travel Shop.
Meanwhile, Eddie Robertson has joined as the operations director with responsibility for delivery of Open Destinations technology.
Previously, Robertson has consulted for blue-chip players in travel and leisure such as Travelodge and Whitbread Hotels, as well as working with his family tour operating business.
