TRAVELSAVERS, one of the world’s largest travel marketing companies, named Galileo International Inc. its preferred global GDS provider.

The agreement extends Galileo’s content, tools and technology offerings to TRAVELSAVERS agencies throughout the US.

Said Eileen Kennedy, vice president of marketing in the Americas for Galile

“We are not just a GDS, but like TRAVELSAVERS, we are a partner to the agency community dedicated to identifying opportunities to drive success and longevity for agents, and delivering the tools and technology to fulfill this promise.”

TRAVELSAVERS will incorporate Galileo’s tools into their agents’ daily booking activities, which will add to the range of products and support services available.

The company is also working with Galileo to add more cruise lines to the organization’s proprietary CruiseXpress and CruiseXpressPRO live cruise booking and management systems, according to Galileo.
