Travelscene American Express expands offer
Travelscene American Express has expanded its early-bird travel offers to include domestic deals to meet customer demand.
Travelscene American Express General Manager, Mr Mike Thompson, said “While our customers look at early-bird offers at the end of the year to secure good deals for their international trips, customer feedback indicated they would be receptive to good domestic offers also.”
“While international holidays typically are planned for after the Australian summer, customers are keen to get away locally over the Christmas and New Year period allowing them to stay close to home and family.”
“We have traditionally released our early-bird offers in November featuring UK and Europe but to address the domestic demand we have expanded the offers to include island getaways with Voyages Resorts and summer specials with Accor Resorts.”
This year’s early-bird campaign includes print and online advertising, an email campaign, agency point-of-sale, as well as a direct mail campaign to half a million American Express Cardmembers.
The campaign to American Express Cardmembers includes exclusive offers such as complimentary bonus night accommodation packages, Singapore stopovers, cabin upgrades and spa treatments.
