TTNG’s PR director leaves consortium
The Travel Network Group’s PR and communications director Alexis Coles-Barrasso has left the consortium.
TTNG said Coles-Barrasso, who had been working with the group for 10 years, left at the beginning of this month.
She began working as a consultant with TTNG in 2010 and, in March 2019, joined the group’s board as the PR and communications director.
At the time, TTNG said Coles-Barrasso was invited to join the board because ‘we realised we just couldn’t live without her’.
CEO Gary Lewis said: "It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Alexis. As a team, we are grateful for her support and contribution over the years and on behalf of all of us at The Travel Network Group, we wish her well.”
Coles-Barrasso said "The situation we are currently working in has made me re-evaluate many things, and I have decided to pursue new career opportunities.”
Lewis said TTNG will not make a a direct replacement and the remaining team will ‘absorb’ group PR and communications.
