Tunneling only way to get to luxurious Cabo resort
The recently-opened Capella Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas can only be accessed via a gated tunnel carved through the mountainside with views of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo’s famous arches. Amenities include:
* All 66 guestrooms boast expansive terraces with plunge pools and vista views.
* The signature Auriga spa is home to floating treatment “pods” (in lieu of rooms), and treatments inspired by the phases of the moon.
* Personal Assistants are on hand for every guest
Capella Pedregal is rolling out a series of packages, one of which starts at $475 a night but includes a $100 daily resort credit.
A “Classic Capella Weekend” package includes three night accommodations, the $100 credit, meals for $1,725 a couple.
All packages are valid for travel through Dec. 18 of this year.
