Turkey goes year-round for TUI Travel brands

Thomson and First Choice are to fly year-round to Antalya in Turkey from next month.
 
This will make the Turkish gateway available for winter holidays in 2010-11 included in new brochures being released tomorrow (February 11).
 
The resorts of Lara and Belek feature with flights from Gatwick, Manchester, and East Midlands at a lead-in of £379 for seven nights all inclusive.
 
Both brands are also offering more ten and 11-night holidays by creating a larger flying programme and adding more regional routes by Thomson Airways. 
 
To complement existing Nile Cruise holidays, the Egyptain destination of Aswan is added for winter 2010/11. Aswan will also be available for 14-night twin centre holidays combined with a week in Marsa Alam.
 
A number of resorts opening for Easter in April 2011 feature, including Thomson’s new 5T Sensatori in Crete and First Choice’s new 5 Sun Holiday Village in Rhodes. 

 

Cyprus’s Eastern Coast will also open up earlier, with holidays to Larnaca becoming available in April 2011. Marsa Matruh on the Mediterranean coast of Egypt is also featured from April 2011, with three hotels across both brands.
 
More all-inclusive properties have been added for next winter, such as the exclusive to First Choice Melia Benidorm in Costa Blanca.
 
Thomson has introduced a range of ‘Winter Saver’ holidays and First Choice has a new ‘Best Buy’ collection. The 50 properties will be flagged on the relevant pages of both brochures to demonstrate the value for money they offer.
