Two hotels add SynXis
The JRK Hospitality Group added the Roger Williams Hotel and The Franklin Hotel to the SynXis Reservation Management System for GDS connectivity, internet distribution and web site booking engine. The West Coast-based JRK, which owns luxury and boutique hotels nationwide, has two California properties, the Hotel Oceana Santa Monica and the Hotel Oceana Santa Barbara, that are already suing the SynXis system to process all their electronic reservations. The SynXis reservation system will allow all four properties to make real-time rate and availability charges from any location with internet access. The direct control allows the hotels to quickly react to market changes, according to SynXis officials.–David Wilkening–
