“We recently commissioned a piece of independent research which has shown that 88 per cent of British holidaymakers would not return to a hotel where they had suffered an incident that could have been prevented. Unfortunately, the UK travel industry remains complacent. And, by failing to take health and safety matters seriously it will jeopardise future revenues and struggle to maintain repeat business when the economy recovers.â€
