United Airlines adding corporate traveler perks with new program
United Airlines has unveiled a new corporate travel program offering more perks for its most loyalty business travelers.
It debuted United Corporate Preferred at the Global Business Traveler Association Convention in San Diego, aimed at the airline’s top corporate customers.
The exclusive benefits program features three tiers – United Corporate Preferred, United Corporate Preferred Plus and United Corporate Preferred Elite.
All United Corporate Preferred customers will get Preferred upgrades and waitlisting, and operational adjustment protection during travel disruptions.
Customers will also be offered exclusive promotions on United and partner flights in the near future.
United Corporate Preferred Elite level will receive additional benefits including priority boarding in group two and additional flexibility when flight waivers are in place during travel disruptions.
"We designed our United Corporate Preferred program with the customer’s entire travel experience in mind, from booking to landing, to identify opportunities to show our appreciation to our loyal business customers with a program that offers extra perks and travel benefits," said Jake Cefolia, United’s SVP of worldwide sales.
Eligibility for the new program is dependent on a company’s current contract status and revenue.
