Unruly passenger arrested for molesting flight attendant
A Swedish unruly passenger was arrested on an India bound flight for alleged assault and molesting an IndiGo flight attendant.
Mumbai Police arrested and then bailed 62-year-old Klas Erik Harald Jonas Westberg.
He is accused of the molestation and assaulting another passenger.
The incident apparently escalated over a request for food with reports suggesting he was inebriated.
Westberg is the eighth unruly passenger arrested in India in the past three months.
The issue of passengers behaving badly has heightened in recent weeks, fueled by the infamous ‘peegate’ incident.
