US Airways launches non stop service to Edinburgh
US Airways is launching a non-stop daily service from Edinburgh to Philadelphia this summer.
The new flight will be available from May 23 to October 1, 2014.
US Airways already flies from Philadelphia to Glasgow, Dublin, Shannon, Manchester and Heathrow.
The flight will arrive in Edinburgh at 8.40am and leave Edinburgh for Philadelphia at 10.50am each day.
"US Airways’ new non-stop service will offer travelers from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean a direct connection between the unique, historic cities of Edinburgh and Philadelphia," said Andrew Nocella, US Airways senior vice president, marketing and planning.
