US ski destination gets new ambassador
Jim Saunderson has retired from The New Hampshire Ski Group USA after 10 years promoting the destination in the UK and Ireland.
His retirement from the post will be a gradual process over the remainder of this year.
Saunderson’s company, Ski & Travel Support Services, will continue to work on behalf of the State of New Hampshire’s Division of Travel and Tourism Development.
His role will be taken over by Miles Breakwell, who has established Ski Miles Limited to carry out all representative responsibilities.
Breakwell began working with Saunderson in 2002 when he was product manager of White Mountains, a ski tour operation specialising in New Hampshire.
“Jim will be sorely missed by all the members of the NHSG USA with whom he has worked tirelessly over the last decade, as well as by everyone who has come to know him. It’s a real honour for me to be taking over from him,” said Breakwell.
