US’s least tasty airports can be found in Big Apple
When TheStreet.com asked readers for the ugliest airport in America, New York was the “winner.” LaGuardia had 24 percent of the votes while Kennedy International was second with 17.5 percent.
Trailing: St. Louis, 16.5 percent; Philadelphia, 16.4 percen; and Los Angeles, 14 percent.
The site says the poll may not have been very scientific but those airports chosen worst were in a survey of almost 6,000 votes.
The Street also points out it may be difficult to judge an entire airport.
Finally, even at the worst, JFK, the terminals at JetBlue and American are often judged among the US’s most fashionable.
