VenueMirror Launches Revolutionary New Way to Book

Wednesday, 05 Feb, 2010 0

In it’s continuing effort to bring more MICE business to hotels VenueMirror has launched a brand new offering at the beginning of this year. The product which VenueMirror feels will make the MICE venues more accessible is called “Private Label” and is a tool for hotels to add to their own website. The tool acts as a search engine for guests who are looking for banqueting and conferencing space in a hotel. The tool will let the guest input their search requirements, and see all the results for not only that hotel but also other hotels in the same group. The guest can then make a direct enquiry to the hotel, so that the hotel’s sales team can know instantly that someone is interested and close the lead. The tool has been created to close the loop between lookers and bookers on hotel’s websites.

VenueMirror offers Private Label in four different packages, each one created to suit different sizes of hotels, from single building properties to national level chains. Hotels have the chance to try out the product for free before they decide to move on to the enhanced packages. The software is created to look exactly like the hotel’s own website, and can be installed in under five minutes.

Private Label also comes with a host of value added services that VenueMirror includes in their packages for the hotels. One of the most appealing to many hotels is that their hotel’s banqueting and conference information is distributed to over 60 venue search websites, these websites have been Search Engine Optimized and created to target both the professional meeting and conference planner as well as the average person.

Embracing as much technology as they can VenueMirror has made sure that hotels will never miss a lead again. Their SMS technology will send the respective sales manager an SMS when a lead has been sent to their e-mail. This is done so that sales teams can react quickly to a lead before they go cold.

VenueMirror recognizes last year was a turbulent time for the industry and hotels may be cautious about new marketing ventures, which is why they have allowed the hotels to test the product completely free of charge to see how much of an effect it will have on their sales before they decide to register. VenueMirror is hopping that with it’s new product hotels will be able to have a better year this year.
