Viceroy launches new training programme

Viceroy Hotel Group has launched a new online agent training programme, Viceroy Insider, to helpl agents sell its 13 luxury properties.

It includes incentivised product training courses, dedicated portals with company news and accolades, a ‘meet the team’ contacts page for global offices, videos, images and the most recent issue of the brand magazine.

The product training element is divided into three sections: The Icon Collection, The Lifestyle Series and Urban Retreat Collection.

"We are always looking for ways to strengthen our business relationship with trade partners worldwide. We realise the need for a consistent form of communication to ensure Viceroy Hotel Group continues to be easy to do business with, having all necessary information in one place," said group vice president of sales, Europe Jane O’Shea. "Our aim is to find bold, proud and loud Viceroy brand ambassadors."
