Vietnam resort operator launches its own airline

Vietnam resort developer and theme park operator Sun Group has been awarded an air operators permit. Its in-house airline Sun Air will offer charter flights for premium guests.
The Ministry of Transport licence enables Sun Air to fly private jets, helicopters and seaplanes. Sun Group plans to start operating two Gulfstream jets and plans to grow its fleet to include a helicopter and two seaplanes in the coming years.
The company operates theme parks and resorts across Vietnam.
