Vietnam tourism leaders push for open borders for vaccinated travellers
Vietnam tourism leaders have weighed in on the debate over whether vaccinated tourists should be allowed quarantine-free entry. The country should open up to international markets for quarantined travellers by the third quarter of 2021, says Nguyen Huu Tho, chairman of Vietnam Tourism Association.
