Villa and ski chalet rental firm Eterniti secures €30 million in new funding
Luxury villa and ski chalet rental operator Eterniti announced a new €30 million investment to accelerate international expansion.
The new funding brings total capital raised by the group to €50 million and will support the continued expansion of Eterniti’s portfolio, destinations and guest experience.
The investment comes as global demand grows for high-end private accommodation options.
Eterniti currently manages more than 800 luxury villas and chalets, the majority under exclusive agreements, across 25 destinations in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean.
Eterniti’s hospitality and property management model is more hands-on than its competitors with a local operational presence with trained hospitality professionals responsible for both guest service and property management.
Properties are professionally maintained year-round, and any operational issues during a stay can be addressed immediately by on-the-ground teams.
“In luxury hospitality, service excellence alone is not enough if the underlying product is not perfectly maintained,” said Maxime Friess, Co-founder & CEO of Eterniti.
The group’s offering is structured around three complementary brands – Bo House, founded in Saint-Tropez, specialising in ultra-luxury villas in iconic destinations, Verbier Exclusive, a boutique collection of 25 fully staffed luxury chalets in Verbier, and Emerald Stay, focused on “affordable luxury” vacation rentals.
In its destinations, Eterniti operates with a year-round team of 120, expanding to up to 200 staff during peak seasons.
These teams manage both guest services and the underlying properties.
The new investment has been secured by Amethyst III, a fund managed by Limestone Capital.
This funding will enable Eterniti to continue expanding into high-demand destinations while supporting operational infrastructure, technology platform and guest experience.
The group has doubled its revenues year-on-year for the past four years.
Eterniti’s shareholder base includes prominent figures in luxury hospitality including Olivier Jolivet, former CEO of Aman Group and current CEO of Como Group, as well as Formula 1 driver Valtteri Bottas.
Benjamin Habbel, Founder & Managing Partner of Limestone Capital, said: “This investment reflects our continued conviction in Eterniti’s vision and execution, and in its potential to become the global leader in luxury vacation rental management.”
