Virgin Atlantic reveals major boost from VisitBritain
A strategic marketing partnership with VisitBritain boosted traffic on Virgin Atlantic’s flights from Australia to London by 136% during May.
Luke Fisher, general manger Virgin Atlantic, said forward bookings on the route also "look fantastic".
Virgin Atlantic Australia said it is having it best ever year. It is 16% up on last year and has gained major share on its services to London.
Along with its partnership with VisitBritain, Virgin Atlantic has strong relationships with the British Council, UK Trade and Investment and the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.
