Virgin Blue’s Velocity and American Express Membership Rewards join forces
Virgin Blue’s Velocity programme has announced their newest Program Partner, American Express Membership Rewards.
They say that this great new partnership will allow Velocity Members enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards program to redeem Membership Rewards points for Velocity Points and enjoy rewards faster.
Velocity members will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 1 Membership Rewards point they redeem.
In addition, members who transfer Membership Rewards points to Velocity Points before 31 August 2007 will receive a 10% BONUS on all points redeemed.
For example, if 14,000 Membership Rewards points are redeemed they member will receive 1,400 bonus points bringing their total after redemption to 15,400 Velocity Points, enough points to fly return from Sydney to Melbourne.
All members have to do to redeem Membership Rewards points for Velocity Points is to just follow these simple steps.
** Make sure that you are enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards program;
** Call Membership Rewards on 1300 363 276 to register your Velocity Membership Number; and
** Go online at membershiprewards.com.au to redeem your points.
Also to celebrate, Velocity is having a Velocity Points Redemption Sale to selected destinations around Australia.
