Virgin Atlantic is making travel visas available via its website.
The airline has joined forces with visa and passport services provider CIBT.
This will enable travellers to secure travel visas to most countries, including China, India, Australia and Africa, through the carrier’s contact centre and Virginatlantic.com.
The agreement covers visas, passports and other documents required for travel.
The airline’s prodiuct and service director Dee Cooper said: “Virgin Atlantic’s aim is to provide our passengers with a seamless travel experience from the time of booking all the way through to them disembarking at their destination.”
Meanwhile, business travellers flying Virgin Atlantic can now get up to £200 in John Lewis gift vouchers for each qualifying return flight taken before the end of November.
Regular travellers taking five eligible return flights would receive £1,000 in vouchers.
Travellers flying on fully-flexible Upper Class, Premium Economy or Economy tickets (in booking classes J, D, W or Y) will receive up to £100 each way depending on the class of cabin they travel in.
Upper Class passengers receive a £100 gift voucher per flight; Premium Economy passengers a £50 gift voucher per flight; and Economy passengers a £25 gift voucher per flight.
Travellers must join or be members of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and register for the promotion before taking their first qualifying flight.
The gift vouchers have no expiry date and can be used at John Lewis stores or at Waitrose supermarkets.
The airline’s sales and marketing director Paul Dickinson said: “Virgin Atlantic business travellers can now enjoy an even better return with our special John Lewis gift vouchers.
“As well as benefiting from the best service and entertainment in the sky, our passengers can now treat themselves to gifts from John Lewis, or extra food shopping from Waitrose.”
