Virgin to end codeshare with SAA
Virgin has announced that its codeshare with South African Airways is ending on September 27 2015.
It told agents that it was currently rebooking all passengers already booked on the cancelled codeshare flights onto the SA operating flight.
The airline added that passengers booked on flights for travel up to and including 26 September are not affected and said the service should be ‘promoted as normal until the termination date’.
But it said any tickets issued after this time will not be valid and passengers will be unable to travel.
The airline has not given a reason for the change.
