Virgin to move Las Vegas flights to Heathrow
Virgin Atlantic will switch its Las Vegas flights from Gatwick to Heathrow from spring 2019.
Flights go on sale this Saturday with prices starting from £369 per person.
The airline is also adding a second daily Boston service with fares starting from £313.
The Las Vegas flights will be operated by a Boeing 787 out of Heathrow while the new Boston service will be flown on Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
Both flights have been timed to make onward connections easier for UK and US customers.
The Las Vegas flights begin from LHR on March 31 2019, departing at 12:40pm and from Las Vegas at 19:05.
The second daily service between London Heathrow and Boston will launch on the same day, departing London Heathrow at 20:30 and Boston at 08:30.
In October Virgin will also introduce a second daily service to Johannesburg.
