Visit Britain announces new Australia and New Zealand Manager
VisitBritain has announced the appointment of Judy Watkins as Manager for Australia and New Zealand commencing early in July.
The release says that Judy has held many senior positions with an international airline both in Australia and overseas, and most recently, General Manager of Australian Tourist Commission, now known as Tourism Australia, for UK and Europe based in London, with industry enquiries in Australia revealing that Watkins vacated that post some time ago.
Michael McCormick, who will be returning to London at the start of August to take up a newly appointed management role, said in a statement, “I am very pleased to welcome Judy to VisitBritain as she brings with her an abundance of knowledge and experience of the travel industry in Australia”.
