Waller to strengthen Carlson UK team

Carlson Wagonlit has appointed former BA, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Walt Disney Travel Company executive Andrew Waller as executive vice president for the UK.

He will oversee, and expand, all UK operations – a key focus for the travel management company.

Waller will take up the position on December 5 and will report to EMEA chief operating officer Richard Lovell.

In a statement, Lovell said: “This appointment is consistent with our policy to hire seasoned travel industry professionals who add their wide range of industry experience to the senior management team.”
