Well-known Scottish agent dies
Roy Brabender, former president of the Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association, has died.
His family said that Roy, former owner of Donald Mackenzie Travel, passed away peacefully at home on June 6.
He leaves his wife Janet, two children Murray, Gordon and Lynda and four grandchildren.
In his obituary, he was described as a ‘mentor and boss, golfer and friend’.
A private family funeral will be held, leaving from Greenock Golf Club, on Monday. A memorial service will take place later in the year.
