What’s the future of the traditional tour operator? Lastminute’s John Bevan joins the debate
Lastminute director holidays and flights John Bevan will sit on the panel for the Travelmole Travel Industry Question Time next week.
Bevan, who joined lastminute following the recent acquisition of OTC where he was marketing and product director, will join a line-up of top industry figures who will debate the future of the traditional tour operator.
The Travel Industry Question Time will tackle the question – Is the traditional tour operator the dinosaur of the travel industry?
The latest in TravelMole’s topical industry debates will be held in London on October 19 between 16.30-18.30 (venue to be confirmed shortly).
The discussion follows what many in the trade have described as the worst summer in 15 years, largely due to the growth of dynamic packaging booked online coupled with the dramatic rise in no-frills flights.
