Who’d be a security worker?
A man has been arrested at an airport in the United States after reportedly spitting urine at security staff. According to the Charlotte Observer newspaper, the unsavoury incident took place at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, in North Carolina. Witnesses to the incident reportedly told authorities that the man, who was holding a container of liquid, took a sip from it and then spat at the airport’s security screening team. The man was reportedly wrestled to the ground, according to the airport’s operations director Jerry Orr, and then taken to hospital. The newspaper says it is still not clear exactly what charges the man will face, but that he is likely to undergo a mental evaluation. Report by Tim Gillett, News From Abroad
