Worldspan offers new access to world’s largest airline carrier
Worldspan announced an agreement to expand access to all of American Airlines publicly available fares.
The multi-year agreement provides comprehensive inventory and fare content, including Web fares, to Worldspan’s traditional and on-line travel agency retailers in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.
The agreement also provides American with reduced rate booking fees for the term of the contract.
“This agreement enables American to reduce its distribution costs and increases access to important content for our travel agencies and their clients,” said Mike Parks, senior vp and general manager, Worldwide Travel Distribution, Worldspan.
With 575 destinations in 135 countries, American Airlines is the world’s largest carrier.
