Wotif.com awarded for excellence in customer service
Wotif.com , answered the call to provide exceptional customer service and was announced as the Queensland winner of the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s (CSIA), Service Excellence Award for a contact centre with under 50 seats.
Announced at the Queensland finals for the CSIA’s, Australian Service Excellence Awards, Wotif.com was revealed as the winner of its category, for its high standards of management and training, and commitment to excellence in customer service.
Wotif.com was also announced as a finalist for the national CSIA awards in the “Medium Business and Service Excellence in a Call Centre” category to be announced in Sydney this week.
Presented by the CSIA, the awards aim to highlight the importance of excellent customer service in today’s business climate, promote customer service as a profession, improve the level of professionalism, promote international standards and improve knowledge of customer service excellence.
