WTTC and Saudi Arabia expand tourism partnership
The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and Saudi Arabia have expanded their partnership with the signing of a MoU.
The formal agreement follows last year’s successful Global Summit in Riyadh and is the next step in Saudi’s mission to further boost its travel and tourism sector.
The agreement aims to unite the private and public sectors in an effort to develop a sustainable tourism industry
It cements collaboration between WTTC and Saudi Arabia to focus on key objectives, like job creation, talent development, and global business opportunities.
Julia Simpson, WTTC President & CEO, said: “WTTC and the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia embark on a new chapter of cooperation, uniting our expertise to shape a prosperous future.”

The partnership aims to elevate tourism while expanding skills, innovation and investment in the tourism sector.
Additionally, the collaboration aims to promote community empowerment and inclusion.
