Seabourn has revealed details of its "2027 World Cruise: Australia & South Pacific Panorama," a 145-day roundtrip voyage from Miami. The voyage will explore South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and South America from January 5 and May 30, 2027 aboard Seabourn Quest. It will visit 67 destinations in 19 countries. The voyage will feature two maiden calls, five overnight stays and four optional Seabourn Journeys. The World Cruise’s overnight calls include Lima, Hobart, Tasmania,  Papeete, French Polynesia; Sydney and Darwin. It features maiden calls at Wallaroo, Australia, and Whangarei, New Zealand. Seabourn also offers a shorter world cruise option of 126 days disembarking in Long Beach on May 11, 2027. Luxury line Seabourn unveiled its 2026-2027 fall, winter, and spring season with new itineraries to Japan and Southeast Asia. It also announced a comprehensive Caribbean program. Between November 2026 and April 2027 Seabourn Ovation, Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Quest will offer 31 departures to 73 destinations in 30 countries. The cruise line will offer two new Japan voyages in early spring, giving guests the opportunity to experience the country's blossoms in full bloom for the first time. These include a new 12-day voyage from Hong Kong to Tokyo and a 14-day roundtrip sailing from Tokyo on Seabourn Encore. The ship will also showcase the vibrant cultures of Singapore and Southeast Asia through a series of 14-day sailings from Singapore to Hong Kong and two new roundtrip Singapore itineraries: an eight-day voyage departing December 2026 and a 14-day voyage departing January 2027. Additionally, Seabourn Ovation and Seabourn Quest will explore the hidden harbors in the Southern Caribbean on seven- to 14-day itineraries, with departures from Sint Maarten, Barbados, San Juan and Miami. "These new itineraries are designed to immerse our guests in the beauty, culture, and flavors of worldwide destinations, and we can't wait to welcome them on board," said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn. Seabourn's itineraries range from seven to 16 days, with options to combine voyages for longer voyages. Guests can explore up to 30 UNESCO World Heritage sites. There will be several overnight stays and mid-voyage Seabourn Journeys, giving guests ample time to explore each destination. Seabourn is gearing up for Seabourn Quest’s  maiden Alaska season this summer. From May to September 2025, Quest will sail on 18 seven-day itineraries between Vancouver, British Columbia and Juneau, Alaska. The Ventures by Seabourn program provides more experiential and interactive opportunities to explore Alaska. "With our Ventures by Seabourn expedition experiences, we're offering guests an opportunity to connect deeply with Alaska and British Columbia's natural wonders when they sail with Seabourn," said Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn. Ventures by Seabourn will include explorations of Hubbard Glacier, Tracy/Endicott Arm, Inian Islands, Rudyerd Bay (Misty Fjords), Alert Bay in British Columbia and more. The excursions are led by the ship's expedition team of naturalists, science, wildlife and historical experts: Kayak Hubbard Glacier – Guests can paddle a kayak at North America's largest and most spectacular tidewater glacier, Hubbard Glacier. Rainbow Falls Trail Adventure Hike | Wrangell, Alaska – Guest can join the Expedition team to hike the Rainbow Trail in Alaska's temperate rain forest, where the guide will share the natural history and the human history of the region. The entire hike is along a manmade boardwalk that winds through forest scenery, including the magnificent Rainbow Falls. Zodiac North/South Sawyer Glacier or Endicott Arm - Legendary scenery, abundant wildlife and boundless beauty await guests as they travel by Zodiac through Tracy Arm to Sawyer Glacier, or to Dawes Glacier on Endicott Arm. Carrying only 458 guests, Seabourn Quest's intimate size provides guests with access to Alaska's smaller, lesser-visited ports. Luxury line Seabourn has hailed exceptional booking volume for its expedition voyages, demonstrating high demand. Current net bookings for expedition voyages are up nearly 30% compared to last year, it says. Limited space is available on Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit, during the 2025 expedition season, including the Northwest Passage, Arctic, Amazon, and South Pacific, with some destinations already sold out. "We are very encouraged by the extensive amount of interest and bookings for our expedition cruises, which indicates that the time to book a Seabourn expedition is now," said Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn. "When we introduced our first expedition ship more than two years ago, we knew that we would deliver an extraordinary experience that would exceed our guests' expectations." In addition to the 2025 season, space is still available on the line's 2026-2027 expedition voyages. Travelers wishing to explore Antarctica can book a voyage on either Seabourn Venture or Seabourn Pursuit in late 2025 and early 2026. The ships will operate a series of 11- and 13-day Antarctica cruises, as well as two 21-day and one 28-day voyage that will include South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. Guests can also sail half-way across the world on a unique combination voyage, an 82-Day Across Three Continents: Oceania to Antarctica sailing, departing September 2, 2026, from Broome, Australia to Ushuaia, Argentina.   Antarctica, South Georgia and Falkland Islands   Between October 2026 and March 2027, Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit will take guests on unforgettable journeys through some of the world’s most remote and captivating destinations. The season will offer 19 departures roundtrip from Ushuaia to the Great White Continent, on sailings ranging from 10 to 12 days, as well as 20-day departures to South Georgia and the Falkland Islands.   The expedition ships will sail 600 nautical miles across the famed Drake Passage, allowing guests to witness seabirds such as albatrosses gliding through the skies. Guided nature walks and hikes provide opportunities to connect with local cultures and landscapes, such as going ashore in Pentecost, Vanuatu, to witness the seasonal ritual of Land Diving -  or exploring the bustling city of Apia in Upolu, Samoa, where guests can tour the Robert Louis Stevenson Museum and other significant sites.   Mediterranean   Between April and June 2026, Seabourn Venture will offer non-expedition voyages sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, through the enchanting yacht harbours of the Mediterranean, and around the Iberian peninsula. These sailings will call on 34 destinations across eight countries, with four distinct itineraries. Notably, Seabourn Venture will journey upriver to the historic city of Seville, Spain, and call at the picturesque ports of St. Malo and Dunkirk in France—destinations not featured on Seabourn's ocean ships this season. While these itineraries do not feature expedition programming, guests can immerse themselves in Seabourn's signature intimate, yacht-like atmosphere and traditional ocean cruise experience, enhanced by the exclusivity of a ship carrying only 264 guests.   Exploration, Adventure, and Luxurious Comfort   Both Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit offer the same luxurious small ship experience that travellers have come to expect from Seabourn, enhanced by world-class equipment that allows the line to offer its widest range of expedition activities led by an expert 23-person expedition team of scientists, scholars, naturalists, and more. Designed and built for remote, diverse environments to PC6 Polar Class standards, the ship includes a plethora of modern hardware and technology that extends the ship’s global deployment and capabilities. There is close to 30,000 square feet of deck space and special touches at every turn, as well as indoor and outdoor guest areas with nearly 270-degree views. In addition, a 4K GSS Cineflex Camera is mounted on the mast of the Constellation Lounge and capable of broadcasting imagery from miles ahead on monitors located throughout the ship and in guest suites.   The ships are also equipped with enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity with SpaceX’s Starlink, providing its expedition guests with faster service, greater connectivity and more reliable Wi-Fi wherever Starlink’s services are available.   During select Seabourn expedition voyages, guest can also participate in the optional new Image Masters programme, which will provide in-the-field instruction on photo composition, camera technique, editing and retouching  - all led by an accomplished nature photographer. Participating guests will enjoy priority access to the onboard photographer, outings both onboard and ashore, and priority access to the Photo Studio, as well as educational programming designed to polish their photography skills. The programme takes place over 4 days during the voyage and starts at $1,500 per participant.

 

New itineraries feature visits to 33 destinations in 17 countries, with eight maiden calls

  Seabourn, the leader in ultra-luxury cruising and expedition travel, has modified the autumn 2025 itineraries for Seabourn Encore to include a series of voyages through the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas, the Southern Caribbean, the Panama Canal, Hawaii, and Japan between October 2025 and January 2026. The new deployment features seven itineraries from eight to 17 days, with visits to 33 destinations in 17 countries, including three maiden calls.   Seabourn Encore’s originally planned itineraries were revised to prioritise the safety of guests and to avoid the Red Sea. Instead, the ship will head westbound from the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas to Japan, travelling more than 18,500 nautical miles across five continents and two oceans. The new itineraries include eight maiden calls: five for the ship to Sardinia’s idyllic Alghero and Motril, Spain; Hamilton, Bermuda; Kralendijk, Bonaire and Willemstad, Curacao; and three for the cruise line to Ceuta in Spanish Morocco, and Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.   Other itinerary highlights include crossing the Atlantic Ocean from Lisbon to Miami and the Southern Caribbean; the transit of the historic locks of the Panama Canal along with a full turnaround day in Fuerte Amador, Panama, allowing opportunities for guests to explore the nearby capital, Panama City; and special holiday sailings to the Hawaiian Islands, with combination voyages to take Seabourn guests further to Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.   ‘Travellers seeking new and enriching experiences across a multitude of countries can anticipate excitement along autumn 2025’s itineraries, as Seabourn Encore explores a diverse range of destinations’, said Natalya Leahy, President of Seabourn. ‘From the Adriatic and Mediterranean Seas to the sunny Southern Caribbean and the Panama Canal, and across the Pacific to Hawaii, Japan, and beyond, we are pleased to invite our guests to check destinations off of their bucket lists while enjoying the yacht-like atmosphere aboard the intimate Seabourn Encore’.   The new voyages offered on Seabourn Encore for autumn 2025 span a diverse array of destinations and durations and include the following:

• 2 December 2025 – 10-Day Caribbean & Panama Canal Passage, from Miami to Fuerte Amador (Panama City)
• 12 December 2025 – 17-Day Costa Rica, Mexico & Hawaiian Nights, from Fuerte Amador (Panama City) to Honolulu
• 29 December 2025 – 11-Day Pacific crossing from Honolulu to Tokyo
• 10 January 2026 – 8-Day Treasures of Japan & Taiwan, from Tokyo to Hong Kong

  Combination voyages featuring extended sailings and immersive adventures lasting up to 46 days are also available.

Luxury line Seabourn is offering a varied line-up of Asia cruises for the late 2024 and 2025 cruise seasons. From December 2024 to March 2025, and again in November 2025, Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Quest will sail across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand, and to Japan. Seabourn Encore will begin with seven sailings between Singapore and Hong Kong, then continue to Japan, and finish with a transpacific crossing. The conclusion of the crossing marks the ship’s first-ever visit to the United States. Seabourn Quest will explore Japan during the cherry blossom season in spring and return in the fall to showcase autumn landscapes. It will visit new destinations such as Akita and Wakayama, Japan. "Our ultra-luxury Asia cruises continue to be a favorite among our guests," said Natalya Leahy, president of Seabourn. "To meet the growing demand, we've enhanced our itineraries this season and are offering many exciting voyages throughout Asia to new destinations." Seabourn Encore's winter 2024 and spring 2025 season will sail to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines. From December 2024 to March 2025, the ship will start its season of seven voyages between Singapore and Hong Kong, with both 13-day and 14-day options. The ship will finish its season with a 25-day Japan & Hawaiian Islands Pacific Crossing from Kobe, Japan to Long Beach, California, featuring a maiden call to Wakayama, Japan. The sailing will also include sea days with bespoke, curated onboard entertainment programs. Setting sail from March through April 2025, Seabourn Quest's 2025 spring Asia cruises range from 14 to 34 days with options to combine voyages for a comprehensive exploration of Asia. It takes in the northernmost and southernmost islands of Japan and a "Pacific Passage: Golden Week to Glacier Bay" 20-day voyage departing in April 2025. In fall 2025, Seabourn Quest will return to Japan for the iconic autumn landscapes. Between September and November 2025, the ship will embark on four sailings, ranging from 12 to 41 days, visiting more than 20 destinations across Japan's four main islands. Maiden calls for Seabourn Quest include Akita, with its hot springs and samurai districts; Ishinomaki, Niigata, and Wakayama.

Luxury line Seabourn has announced a new program of immersive itineraries on Seabourn Quest as the ship explores Australia & New Zealand, the South Pacific, Hawaii and the Panama Canal. From December 2025 to April 2026. Seabourn Quest will sail a total of 22 itineraries with 46 destinations across more than a dozen countries. It includes a new series of 10-day voyages sailing roundtrip from Papeete (Tahiti) that explores French Polynesia. Itineraries range from 10 to 48 days, including a 19-day Panama Canal Passage from Long Beach, Calif., to Miami; and 15-day voyages in Australia and New Zealand. Highlights include extended stays in Napier in New Zealand, Honolulu and Kona in Hawaii, Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, and Cartagena on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. Itinerary highlights from the season include: Australia & New Zealand –Seabourn Quest will sail on a series of 15-day departures visiting 16 destinations in Australia and New Zealand, featuring overnights in Cairns and Melbourne. South Pacific & Polynesia – After Australia and New Zealand, Seabourn Quest will island hop to the island nations of Fiji, Tonga, and the Cook Islands before arriving in French Polynesia where she will sail for the first time on three new 10-day Bora Bora & Tahitian Nights Explorer voyages. Panama Canal – Seabourn Quest will sail from Long Beach to Miami on a 19-day voyage departing April 7, 2026, with a transit through the historic Panama Canal. The voyage includes visits to Puntarenas, Costa Rica, with access to the Monteverde Reserve; and Cartagena, Colombia. Seabourn Quest is equipped with SpaceX's Starlink onboard Wi-Fi connectivity.
