Minor to develop multiple Saudi Arabia hotels
Minor Hotels has inked a landmark MoU with Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Development Fund to jointly develop new Saudi Arabia hotels.
It will comprise mountain resorts, wellness resorts and urban hotels within the Kingdom.
Multiple hospitality projects will begin over the next couple of years.
Hospitality projects under the group’s Anantara, Avani, Tivoli and Oaks brands will be established in locations across Saudi Arabia.
The first Saudi Arabia hotel project is expected to be announced in the second half of this year.
Luxury brand Anantara will constitute at least one of the agreed projects.
The partnership will also include properties under other Minor brands, such as Tivoli and Oaks.
“This MOU represents a significant step, enabling the group to offer a wide variety of products from luxury to serviced apartments,” said Minor CEO, Dillip Rajakarier.
