From December 8–12, 2025 advisors will sail on Celebrity Reflection departing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The five-day retreat at sea brings together 34 top travel advisors and their guests alongside sponsors for education and networking.

The themed “Innovations in Travel” program is designed to equip advisors with the latest insights in technology, artificial intelligence, and marketing strategies.

Advisors will take part in conference sessions centered on technology and business strategies, with a focus on providing immediately actionable insights.

The cruise also offers networking opportunities, including an opening cocktail reception, specialty dining and a farewell celebration.

In addition to training and networking, advisors and their guests will enjoy behind-the-scenes ship tours led by Celebrity Cruises.

“This event represents our ongoing commitment to invest in the success of our advisor network,” said Nicola Veltman, 1000MTG CEO.
