** Global Travel Technology Company ** Sydney location ** Manage & lead team ** Salary $90 to $110k Our client a global travel technology company, specialising in providing solutions to the travel agency community is currently looking for a Manager to Manage and Lead a team of Software Developers to design, develop and maintain internal software applications. Key Duties: ** Lead a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and debugging new highly complex software solutions ** Provide technical mentoring to the team ** Provide direction for entire project or a project team ** Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them ** Resolve customer complaints with software ** Design and codes complex applications using advanced technology. Key Requirements: ** Min 10 years experience in an active software development role ** Solution design experience is essential. ** Knowledge of JAVA, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, Spring Framework & Oracle DB ** Travel industry knowledge would be advantageous. ** Understanding of modern design and programming practices. ** Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills ** Experience in IT project managment This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Software Developer who is looking for an outstanding opportunity to manage a team of experienced developers.
