Abu Dhabi launches new agent rewards programme
Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism has rolled out a new sales incentive campaign for travel agents and tour operator sales teams.
Lasting until 31 December 2022 and hosted on the Abu Dhabi Specialist Programme platform, the initiative offers exclusive prizes as part of the new rewards programme.
Agents will be eligible to enter after completing four basic training modules on the Abu Dhabi Specialist e-Learning Programme, thereby earning ‘Specialist’ status.
Following this, agents can log Abu Dhabi destination bookings made in 2022 to earn points and qualify to win a range of prizes.
The list of prizes includes a race experience at the Silverstone circuit, tickets to see Manchester City, DCT Abu Dhabi-branded goods, and Etihad Airways flights.
Husain Al Hashmi, Regional Section Head – Europe & Americas at DCT Abu Dhabi, said: “Our new rewards programme will increase awareness of our destination as well as product knowledge among our valued trade partners.”
“We have introduced these incentives with the objective of driving registrations to the e-Learning Programme launched in early 2021.”
The incentive will also be promoted by Equator Learning.
