AccorHotels marks opening of 500th Novotel in Seoul
AccorHotels recently marked the opening of the Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences with a new milestone.
It became the 500th Novotel to open globally.
The Novotel brand is present in 58 counties with 143 located in Asia Pacific.
It is also the first mixed-use hotel-residential property for the brand.
It features 523 units comprised of 331 guestrooms and 192 residences made up of studio and 1-bedroom suites.
"The opening of Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences heralds an era of new beginnings for the Novotel brand with the property’s first mixed-use flagship development," said Patrick Basset, COO, AccorHotels, Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia.
Hotel facilities include all-day dining and a rooftop bar, an executive lounge, versatile event space, an indoor swimming pool and a Kids Zone.
Guests can scan QR codes assigned to each room for remote access to room controls and amenities via the iStay app.
Other tech-forward perks include access to a mobile concierge and a pre-loaded smart phone available for use throughout a stay.
